Wine intense, full and elegant, recalls scent of raspberry and red ripe berries

Grape type: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, other grape type

Plant density: 2 mt x 0.80 mt

Orientation: East – West

Harvest: picking begins during the first ten days of september. Hand picking and selection in the vineyard and transport to the cellar in small craves.

Wine making: fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature (28°/30°C) with a long maceration period (15/20 days) and the alternation of the wine to mantain a damp must in fermentation. This is done to enchance the extraction of natural colouring and noble tannin.

Rectification: takes place in stainless vats where the maleolactic fermentation cycle is completed.

Colour: bright ruby red, medium intensity.

Aroma: end of berries with a slightly mentholated.

Flavour: sapid and generous, supple and dry.

Pairings: It goes perfect with typical Tuscan cuisine.

Alcol: 13,5%
