Grape type: Vermentino 85%, other white wine grape type 15%
Plant density: 2 mt x 0.80 mt
Orientation: East - West
Harvest: picking begins during the second/third ten days of september. Hand picking and selection in the vineyard and transport to the cellar in small (20 Kg) craves.
Wine making: fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature (15°C).
Rectification: takes place in stainless vats with cold stabilization.
Colour: straw yellow with green reflections, strong aroma with hints od citrus.
Flavour: sapid and mineral.
Serving suggestion: equally suitable with fish (fried) and shell dishes.
