Wine sapid and mineral, equally suitable with fish (fried) and shell dishes

Grape type: Vermentino 100%

Plant density: 2 mt x 0.80 mt

Orientation: East - West

Harvest: picking begins during the first ten days of september. Hand picking and selection in the vineyard and transport to the cellar in small (20 Kg) craves.

Wine making: fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature (28°/30°C).

Colour: straw yellow with green reflections, strong aroma with hints of citrus.

Flavour: sapid and mineral

Serving suggestions: equally suitable with fish (fried) and shell dishes.

Serving temperature: 10 - 12°C

Alcol: 12,5%
