Harvest: picking begins during the first ten days of september. Hand picking and selection in the vineyard and transport to the cellar in small craves.
Wine making: fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature (28°/30°C) with a long maceration period (15/20 days) and the alternation of the wine to mantain a damp must in fermentation. This is done to enchance the extraction of natural colouring and noble tannin.
Rectification: 24 months in french oak barriques, followed by 6 months in the bottle.
Colour: deep and intense.
Aroma: rich and fruity with the parfume of fresh flowers accompanied by strong hints of oriental spices.
Flavour: full and involving. Rich in velveted fruit tannins. Well balanced on the palate with even acidity and a sapid, persisted persistence.
